What is the AutoCAD pattern?

We use the patterns to hatch a specific area with a specific shape, this shape refers to the material of this item, for example the honey pattern consists of hexagonal shapes, this means the bee home.

To hatch some area in AutoCAD use the abbreviation (H) which refers to (Hatch).

How to add hatch pattern in AutoCAD?

Use the autocad hatch pattern file location to put the patterns library in it as follows:

C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD <version>\Rxx.

for example:

C:\Users\<MEP WORK>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2020\Rxx.
